Lessons & Subscription Plans
All private lessons and subscription plans are designed to help you learn Portuguese in a fun and effective way. When you book a class or a plan, you agree to the lesson lengths, schedules, and policies described on the site.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens! You can cancel or reschedule private lessons if you give at least 12 hours notice. Subscription lessons follow the same rules, and subscription plans can be canceled anytime to stop future payments.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through the booking system. I don’t store your payment information myself. Subscription plans will renew automatically unless you cancel.
Digital Products (Library)
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files during this period.
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been completed.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Materials & Testimonials
Class materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t share or distribute them without permission. If you provide a testimonial, your first name, country, and photo may be displayed on the site.
Student Conduct Policy
Students must behave respectfully and professionally during all lessons. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or sexual misconduct, is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, any form of explicit or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, the lesson will be immediately terminated without refund, and the student may be permanently blocked from future bookings.
Technical Requirements
Students are expected to have a working microphone and camera during all lessons. This ensures effective communication and a better learning experience.
Lesson Recording
To protect the privacy of both the teacher and the student, recording or sharing any part of the lesson is not allowed without prior consent.
Students may not record, take screenshots, or distribute any audio, video, or images from the lessons without explicit permission.
Likewise, the teacher will not record or share any part of the lesson without the student’s prior consent.
Any violation of this policy may result in the termination of the lesson and refusal of future bookings.
