Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Making changes to your lessons is simple and flexible.
Private Lessons
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. This gives me enough time to adjust and offer your spot to another student.
Subscription Plans
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel your plan anytime to stop future payments. Individual lessons within your plan follow the same cancellation and rescheduling rules as private lessons (12 hours notice). Lessons included in your subscription must be used within the billing period. Unused lessons do not roll over to the next cycle.
Multiple Changes
You’re welcome to reschedule as many times as you need, as long as each change respects the 12-hour notice.
Digital Products (Library)
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files during this period.
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been completed.
